"Nightwatch" a public art project by EFA Studio Artist Shimon Attie is on view from September 20 to 27, 2018. Night Watch will be projected on a LED screen mounted on a barge, and will be viewable from 6PM to 10PM for eight days, during the 73rd United Nations General Assembly.
