The below instructions are for the text box on the bottom of the submission form only. For additional questions, please refer to the FAQ at the bottom of this page. 
 

PLEASE NOTE: Do not submit more than one sentence per entry—these posts are announcements only, not to explain the announcement to our online community. The link will provide supplemental content to this announcement.

Example(s):

EFA RBPMW Collograph Instructor and artist, Yasuyo Tanaka will be featured in a group exhibition "Uptown Arts Review" on view June 6-30, at Rio II Gallery, Harlem, opening reception June 6th, 6-9 p.m.

EFA Grantee Gina Pierloni's solo exhibition "We Are Them" features a series of paintings on view at Subtle Rebelllion Gallery through October 26.

EFA Project Space artist Adam Pendleton’s first solo U.K. exhibition "I'll Be Your" features work of a variety of media at Pace Gallery, London from September 20 to October 27, 2012.

EFA Studio Member artist Pablo Helguera's exhibition “Negative Archaeology” featuring new works on paper and performance is on view at Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri, November 9 to December 15, 2012.

EFA Project Space artist Allison Smith participates in the group show "We the People” at the Frances Young Tang Teaching Museum and Art Gallery at Skidmore College, September 8, 2012 to April 7, 2013.

EFA Grantee Ruth Pastine's two person show "R. Nelson Parrish & Ruth Pastine" features Pastine's pastel series 'Counterpoint' and Parrish's bio resin wall sculptures on view at Cabana Home, November 26, 2012 to January 17, 2013.

- I am a participant of more than one EFA Program--EFA Studio Program, EFA Project Space Program, EFA's RBPMW Program. What should my 'EFA Title' be?

Under the 'Select your affiliation' section, check off each program that you are involved with at EFA. In the text box at the bottom of the submission form, include whichever 'EFA Title' you identify with most. For 'EFA Titles' choose EFA Grantee, EFA Studio Member artist, EFA Project Space artist, EFA Project Space curator, EFA Project Space resident, EFA RBPMW Instructor, EFA RBPMW SIP Fellow, EFA RBPMW SIP Fellow Alumni

- The link related to my news does not contain the image that I want to include for the Artist News submission. How do I submit an image?

If the link for your news--exhibition, event, press, award, etc.--does not contain an image for your news, please email an image to lauren@efanyc.org. Only submit an image by email if an image is not available in the link you provide. Please include your name and brief information about your news post so we know where to place the image.

- I am submitting an image by email. Do I need to resize the image?

It is not necessary to resize the image, if you send by email. We will resize the image to 72 dpi at 200x200 pixels for the included thumbnail image.

- Do I need to include a link for the Artist News post?

While we encourage that all news submitted be accompanied by a link to provide the public with as much information about your news as possible, a link is not required.

- My news does not fit within any of the above categories. How should I tag it?
